When will I Receive My Tickets?
Tickets are e-tickets and as such you should have received an email on booking from our ticketing partner. Tickets (in general) are available to download on receipt of email. If you haven’t received an email confirmation or are unable to download your tickets please contact your ticket provider directly.
Do you offer Carers Tickets for Access guests?
Yes we do , please send a copy of your PIP or equivalent and a copy of your Blue Badge if you would like to park on site. Please send to info@firevoltfestival.co.uk. Please note we have limited space available in access camping we advise you apply for your carers ticket before purchasing any tickets.

What Date Does Firevolt Rock Festival Take Place ?
The festival starts on a Thursday with the opening Pre-festival Barn Party, see home page for exact dates
For Pre-festival party and early entrance to site purchase THE LONG WEEKEND TICKETS ONLY (Thursday early entrance & pre-festival party is for adults only). If you are bringing children please purchase tickets with a from Friday entrance
The main days for the festival are FRIDAY , SATURDAY & SUNDAY - everyone must be off-site by 3pm on the Monday.

This postcode takes you to Montagu Street, walk/drive to the end of the street and enter Etherow Country Park, You will need a special pass (sent by us to you) to be able to drive through the Park
How Can I Get To The Festival ?
By Car - Purchase an OFF-SITE Parking ticket on the ticketing platform
OFF-SITE parking postcode is SK6 5HH (Compstall Road), This is a farmers field, stewards will be on hand to ease your access and park you.
SHUTTLE BUS - The Shuttle Bus operates from this location and will take you and all your belongings to the festival gate. It takes about 5 minutes in the bus or you can walk which takes about 20-25 minutes (Approx.) - The Shuttle Bus is included in your ticket
Can I Park ON-SITE?
The only ON-Site parking is for :
Blue Badge Holders (Please send an email to info@firevoltfestival.co.uk with a copy of your valid Blue Badge to apply)- please do not purchase tickets until we have approved your Blue Badge.
IF you are able to park on site we will contact you and will require

We will then email you back a pass for you to be able to drive through Etherow Country Park to the festival site.
LIVE -IN VEHICLES
Motorhomes/Campervans & Car with Caravan - Spaces to park Live in vehicles are very sought after, they sold out in 1.5 hours for the 2024 edition. If you can not see them available on our website or ticketing partners the likely hood is they are SOLD OUT.

Why Is The On-site Parking Limited To The Above ?
As a part of our licensing permission we are required to minimise the impact the effects of the festival has on residents & wildlife that reside within Etherow Country Park. This is the only route in to the Festival and as such we are required to keep ON-Site parking to a minimum.
TRAINS
The nearest Local Train Stations are Romiley & Marple, the nearest main station is Stockport.
Romiley Station (SK6 4BL) to OFF-Site Car Park (SK6 5HH)
Bus number 383 or Taxi = 6 minutes (Approx.) Get off at Compstall Village OR walking from station to off-site car park is Approx. 40 minute walk
From Compstall Village - Walk to Off-Site Car Park (SK6 5HH) Approx. 5 minutes & catch the shuttle bus which is included in your ticket
OR walk to the festival site through Etherow Country Park which is Approx. 20 minute walk
Marple Station (SK6 7DA) to OFF-SITE Car Park (SK6 5HH)
Bus number 383 or Taxi = 4 minutes (Approx.) Get off at Compstall Village OR walking from station to off-site car park is Approx. 21 minute walk
From Compstall Village - Walk to Off-Site Car Park Approx. 5 minutes & catch the shuttle bus which is included in your ticket
OR walk to the festival site through Etherow Country Park which is Approx. 20 minute walk
BUS FROM STOCKPORT STATION
383 & 384 - Stockport - Marple/Romiley circular (passing through Compstall Village)
The 383 Bus departs from Mersey Square (7 minutes from Stockport Station) and the 384 departs from Heaton Lane Bus Station (9 Minute walk from Stockport Station) Both stop in Romiley & Marple and both pass the festival site, disembark at Compstall Village. then either walk to the OFF-SITE car park (SK6 5HH) a 5 minute walk (Approx.) to catch the shuttle bus or walk to the festival gate following the signs to the festival. This takes you through Etherow Country Park and is about a 20 minute walk (Approx.)

Lynx is the local Taxi firm (we strongly advise pre-booking for all journeys) Uber also operate in the area

Taxis are not permitted through the Park please ask them to drop you off at either the OFF-SITE Car Park (SK6 5HH) or Compstall Village Post office and follow the instructions as above. A free shuttle bus runs from the off site car park (SK6 5HH)
FESTIVAL SHUTTLE BUS
Operating times below -
Operates from the OFF-SITE Car Park (SK6 5HH) only. Anyone can use it you don’t need to have parked on the Car Park, the shuttle bus is included in your ticket.
Please note dogs are not permitted to travel on the shuttle bus due to insurance - Assistance dogs are permitted
Can I Bring Alcohol On To The Festival Site?
The landowner owns and operates the Bar it is a part of their licensing that no Alcohol be brought on the the licensed premises, However a limited amount of alcohol for personal use on the first day of arrival is allowed in the campsite but strictly not to be taken into the arena.
We would please ask you to support the bar, the prices are very reasonable (£5 per pint) without the landowners permission there would be no Firevolt Rock Festival.
As this is a working farm STRICTLY NO GLASS is permitted on site.
Can I bring soft drinks & snacks on site ?
Yes but please no glass bottles and dispose of litter in the bins provided

What Type of Camping is available?
You can either:
Camp (Bringing your own tent)
“Camp” in your Motorhome, Campervan or Caravan
Glamping is also available - click on the Glamping button on the home page
Can I erect a tent next to my Live in vehicle?
Please note - tents pitched next to Live In Vehicles are done so at your own risk. We strongly advise you not to do so due to potential fire hazard. Please only use the space you have purchased for your vehicle, awning and tents if applicable.
What Time Can I Gain Entrance To The Festival Site to set up.
Timings are in the above table - Gate opening times are the same for everyone
Can I bring my Own Food on to site?
Yes you can bring snacks to go into the main arena and you can bring food for you to cook yourself in the camping area (There is a vendor that provides breakfast too). no disposable BBQ or open fires.
Will I be Able To Fill My Water Containers?
Yes there is access to drinking water for your containers
Is There Electric “Hook-Ups” For My Vehicle?
No Sorry there are no Electrical Hook Ups on site, the site is a working Farm and therefore this facility is not available in the fields which are used for cattle once we have left .

DAY TICKETS & CAMPING

VISITING THE CAMPING AREA
If you are not camping but wish to visit the camping area you are able to do so however you will be asked to leave once the event finishes each day if you haven’t a camping pass.
Note: Security operate in this area throughout the day and through the night, you may be asked to show your wristband.

Can I dispose of my “Grey Water”
Yes there is a designated Elsan point on site
BBQ’s & CAMPING STOVES
You are only permitted to use sturdy metal/steel BBQ’s and camping stoves. Throw away foil Barbecues and open fires are strictly not permitted
AMPLIFIED SOUND
No External sound amplification is permitted including those that use an external speaker or mobile phone
BARS
There is a fully-stocked Bar with the usual drinks available pints or a single spirit with a mixer are are Approx. £5, double £7
The Bar operate a Bar Token system, you can buy tokens with Cash or Card.
FOOD VENDORS
We have a number of food vendors on site offering the usual Festival Fayre such as Burgers, Pizzas, Nachos, loaded Yorkshire puddings etc. Most vendors take cash and card.
If you need cash the bar offers Cash-back
RETAIL VENDORS
We have a number of retail vendors on site offering merchandise, clothing, artwork, etc .
SEATING
Can I use camping style fold up seats in the arena areas?
yes, please do not block exit routes and only use them in designated seating areas, strictly not in the standing areas in front of the stages.
DOGS
Friendly Dogs are welcomed at Firevolt Festival, our own dog Reggie will be pleased to hang with your doggie and listen to the bands. Please keep all dogs on a lead and tidy up after them.
What Time Will I Need To Leave The Festival If Not Camping?
Thursday - Midnight
Friday & Saturday 1am
Sunday - When the Bar closes (Bar open until late after the last band )

Please be aware strobe lighting will be part of the performances taking place.
LOUD MUSIC
Please be aware loud music will play during the whole of the festival duration. Adequate protection should be considered.
VALUABLES
Please keep your valuables and possessions with you
DRUG POLICY
We operate a strict no drug or legal high policy and as such if discovered by our search teams you will be refused entry without refund or ejected from the event (without refund)
SUN EXPOSURE
Please bring suitable sun protection with you and ensure you stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water and also eat to keep your energy levels high.
FREE WATER
Free drinking water is available on the bar and around the site if required
CAN I SMOKE?
Signage will be in place indicating strictly no smoking such as in the barn, please help us to keep everyone safe and ensure everyone enjoys themselves by only smoking where permitted
